This is a static marketing site. We use Plausible Analytics to count visits and see which pages and referrers people use. Plausible is a privacy-respecting analytics tool that does not use cookies and does not collect personal data. You can review Plausible's data policy at plausible.io/data-policy.
Our hosting provider, Netlify, maintains standard server logs (IP address, user agent, request path, timestamp) for security and operations. Those logs are retained per Netlify's own policies and are not used by Sentinel for marketing.
When you schedule a consultation through Calendly, Calendly collects the information you provide (name, email, organization, optional notes) and shares it with us so we can prepare for the call. Calendly's privacy policy at calendly.com/privacy governs that data.
If you email Sentinel directly, we retain that correspondence to respond and to maintain records of business inquiries.
Sentinel's Medicaid program integrity platform handles claims data, federal evidence, and managed-care information under contract with state and federal agencies. That data is governed by HIPAA Business Associate Agreements, the underlying procurement contract, and applicable federal and state law, and is never combined with website visitor data.
If we change this statement, the updated version will appear on this page with a new last-updated date. For material changes, we will note the change at the top of the page for at least 30 days.
